Bearing structure

The rolling body is a centripetal rolling bearing of a cylindrical roller. The internal structure of cylindrical roller bearings adopts rollers arranged in parallel, and a spacer or isolation block is installed between the rollers, which can prevent the tilt of the rollers or the friction between the rollers, and effectively prevent the increase of rotation torque.

Type of cylindrical roller bearing

The manufacturer cylindrical roller bearing and the raceway are linear contact bearings. Large load capacity, mainly bear radial load. The friction between the rolling body and the ring edge is small, which is suitable for high speed rotation. According to the ring with or without flange, it can be divided into NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF and other single row cylindrical roller bearings, and NNU, NN and other double row cylindrical roller bearings.

Application

Cylindrical Roller Bearings can be used in many applications . Examples including mining equipment , oil production , steel production , smelting , and mining . Some spherical roller bearings are used in briquetting machines , rubber mixing equipment , rolling mills , rotary dryers or pulp and paper machinery . Others are used in construction equipment , crushers ,motors , blowers and fans , gears and drives , plastic machinery , machine tools , and traction motors and pumps.
