Usage

Axial movement of the inner ring can make the inner ring expand to reduce bearing clearance and even pretighten the bearing.

Cylindrical bore bearings are usually hot-loaded, and interference fit is used to reduce bearing clearance or to achieve the purpose of preloading. NNU49 series bearings with detachable inner ring are generally machined on raceway after installing spindle on inner ring to obtain high spindle rotation accuracy.
