Bearings, as the main components and wearing parts of many mechanical equipment, play an important role in grain processing machinery such as wheat flour milling machine, flour processing equipment, corn processing equipment and rice processing equipment. Where are the specific bearings installed? What role do they play? The following explains the application of bearings in wheat flour mills for users.

(1) On the machine tool spindle of the power system, the bearings are equipped with roller bearing caps, deep groove ball bearings, roller bearing pads, thrust ball bearings, and deep groove ball bearings in sequence from top to bottom;

(2) The main shaft of the peeling machine is formed by inserting the long shaft and the short shaft. There is a bearing at the insertion gap between the long shaft and the short shaft. The long shaft and the short shaft are respectively connected to the motor and arranged on the long shaft. The belt wheel is larger than the belt wheel arranged on the short shaft, the fan is installed at the lower part of the short shaft, and the grinding wheel is superimposed and installed on the long shaft.

(3) In the grinding body of the grinding system, it is composed of a spring, a spring washer, an inner sand wheel, an adjusting screw cap, and an outer sand wheel mounted on the spindle bearing of the machine tool. In the extraction system of the wheat flour grinder, there is a spring on top of the soft brush on the spindle bearing of the machine tool, and an adjusting screw cap under the soft brush.
