Precautions Before Installation

Ensure that the installation site is clean and strictly prevent foreign matter from entering the bearing interior.

Check the bearing for quality problems. Whether the rotation is flexible, carefully check the bearing parts surface for defects, such as indentation, burns, cracks, etc. It is strictly prohibited to load defective parts.

Ensure sealing quality. Carefully check whether the seal model, specification and size are appropriate, whether there are defects or quality problems, and whether the relevant accessories are complete and reasonable.

Make sure the bearings are clean. Do not install the bearings without cleaning

Precautions During Installation

Bearing inner sleeve must be installed by induction heating and must not exceed 120℃. It is strictly prohibited to dismount the bearing by open flame heating.

Avoid hard loading, impact, must ensure that the bearing gently loaded, bearing and seat hole for small clearance, the normal situation should be gently hit the end face is loaded, forced impact skew is not easy to load, so that the bearing hole surface damage or even scrap.

When unqualified sealing, gland and other parts are found during installation, they must be scrapped or repaired strictly to ensure that the assembly quality meets the quality requirements.
